Subway - Chicago

This particular Subway is my favorite of them all. Amber is a great sandwich maker. She does mine perfect everytime.. She's very friendly and courteous. I will go out of my way to get a sandwich at this Subway. Amber gets 5 stars for service!Food: 5/5

I get a Flatbread sandwich before I have chemotherapy. It will be a long day in the chair. The young lady who opens up is very friendly at 6am in the morning. Clean place.Food: 5/5

Food and services were good. The atmosphere bad. It was two teens girls laying across the benches,kissing, making out while us paying customer eating and walk ins just looking. The employees just look n smile and said nothing. after 1hrs they finally left.Food: 4/5

Horrible customer service, everybody on their phones. Starting with the manager who was very rude… Wouldn’t even acknowledge when someone walked in. Pretty much ignored one’s presence.Bread quality was very poor, sloppy appearance, no napkins, rushed me into my toppings, and even made faces and gestures when I kept adding toppings on my sandwich…. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’m not that type of person but when my brother asked for the bathroom, his English is poor, so they decided to be rude and mock his English then started laughing.As much as I love subway… I don’t see myself coming here again…..
