Sono Wood Fired Chicago

I'm convinced that their "wood-fired" pizza is actually a frozen one! It looks and tastes like a greasy, generic supermarket pizza. Also, this isn't a pizzeria; it's sold by Social Restaurant. Food: 1/5

We experienced some quality issues with our takeout pizza order, but the employees we spoke with to address the problem were very kind and apologetic. They clearly take pride in their work, so we plan to give it another try another day! The customer service was excellent, and the spicy Italian sausage pizza topping was really delicious!

I'm really disappointed with my experience. The pizza was nearly inedible, with a cardboard-like crust that was burnt and missing several of the ingredients that were advertised. It looked nothing like the photos. Honestly, a cheap frozen pizza would have been an improvement and would have cost significantly less than the $28 (plus tip and tax) I paid.

Honestly I really enjoyed this pizza. Good flavors coming from sausage that carried some spice, provolone cheese, fresh basil, and that old world style wood fire crust. Has that unique char aspect that with proper execution is great. All those components are high points but end up falling flat as a dry pizza that you need a drink to pair it with. A little more cheese or sauce can help this. I 'd order from here again without hesitation, I would just order my pizza differently.

I was walking by Social and always wanted to try their food, so today was the day.I ordered Wood Roasted Chicken Salad and it was delicious.The portion was small compare to its price.
