Roof on the Wit - Chicago

Overall, our server was excellent, it delivered exceptional service and was very patient with us when we made our decision. We had a Hiccup where we waited for a role sushi for over 45 minutes, but outside of it it was excellent. The ambience itself was very nice, somewhat cool, but the weather was also cold at night. I'd come back in. Hopefully, the server has more time near me when it was overcome with a good bush of service

Food had no taste. Too loud. Not ideal if you want to have a conversation with people at the table. Bad service. Outdoor seating had tables that are not suitable for eating. No great views of the city. Not worth it.

Disappointed in the ROOF experience. The quality of food and beverages was below average. The service wasn't good. In any case, did not live until the online crypt.

Service was poor and the food was not great quality

Terrible service. Waitress never came to the table for at least 45 minutes and kept forgetting our drinks and food orders. Made a reservation expecting a table outside and got neither of those. Very small portion of room is actually outside like being on a roof. Group of 9 squeezed onto two couches with only 4 tiny end tables that couldn’t fit our food and drinks. Was told we at least had the whole middle section of seating for our group but they started seating other people on one side. Didn’t have drinks on the menu we wanted. Food came out late after others had already finished theirs. Way over priced. Small menu and they expect you to order a “minimum” which is your total prepayment for the reservation and if you don’t you do not get your money back which is not thoroughly explained online. Would not recommend and will never go back. Not worth your time and money.
