Contribuiți la feedbackWe have been to Prosecco in the past and have always enjoyed the high quality of the food, the variety of options, competent service, and elegant atmosphere. Our experience yesterday evening for a New Year's Eve dinner was no different, except for one major issue: the noise level caused by the inappropriate choice of pop music. The music seemed more fitting for a nightclub than a restaurant, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. It was quite frustrating and seemed out of place for a restaurant like this. Perhaps they were aiming to attract a younger crowd, but it was quite disappointing for us, who are not so young. We hope that the music was a one-time mistake and will not be an issue next time we visit.
The service at this restaurant was very slow and they switched our waiter unexpectedly, which was strange. The customer service was also not great. However, the lobster bisque and starter bread were delicious. The pasta seemed undercooked and took a long time to arrive. Overall, the experience was just okay. I probably wouldn't return.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at Prosecco for a date night! The food and service was absolutely amazing! Raul was our server and he was great! We will definitely be returning.
Prosecco is a trendy spot with a decent atmosphere and good service, but the food was just average for the high prices. I went with friends on a Thursday night and while the Polpo octopus appetizer stood out, the entrees (lamb and pasta with shrimp) were disappointing. The shrimp was overcooked and the lamb was mediocre. The bill for two people (including appetizer, two entrees, and two glasses of wine) came to $175 before tip, which was too pricey for the lackluster food quality.
Food was outstanding! Service was perfectly timed and on top of everything. Anticipated all of our needs. Loved the vibe, upscale but still comfortable. Best Italian spot in the city.
