Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicago

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Even McDonald's does a better job than this restaurant. I placed two orders for delivery tonight and encountered issues with both. The Uber driver arrived with the wrong order, and although I initially blamed them, I ended up reordering. Despite spending $60 on a small order that should have only cost me $20, they still managed to get it wrong again. Shame on you, Popeyes. I can't imagine how many other customers received incorrect orders today. This place should really be replaced by McDonald's.

Tried to order at 9 pm last night. They refused to make fries. Claimed to not have any tenders. Proceeded to give me old chicken. The soda tasted like dish water. Refused to give my receipt. Worst experience of Popeyes history. Next move is to report this debacle to corporate.

I ordered late at night, after 10 PM, and I was really impressed. The service was excellent, the food was served quickly, and everything was delicious. The two young ladies who assisted us were extremely professional. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes. They never get my order right. I ordered a 4-piece wing, and the young lady always manages to mess it up. It feels like she doesn't care about her job, and the staff is generally rude. I don’t think she should be working there.

Place was nice and clean, chicken was fresh and hot, limonade was delicious and service was great, very pleasant staff.
