Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicago

Every time I go to Popeyes, it's always something they left from your food. I paid for a 12-piece family meal and that should have been what I got, but I got 11 pieces of chicken and the only thing the manager could say is up again, so I can get 1 piece of chicken. I told them I didn't pay a 12-part family dinner, and that should have been what I got before I left. I hate the service. They are busy running there mouth and on there phones to get their customers service right.

Your house mac n cheese is super delicious! Also recommend their spicy chicken sandwich

I am a retired vet on my way to cincinnati. i asked a nice young lady behind the counter if it might be ok if i slept in my car in their parking lot, she said probably would not be a problem, the mgr said no way, cant have it. why is it black people say probably ok, but white mgr says no way. chicken was undercooked ????

I went in and was greeted and they help a guy and then took my order. Very polite and Courteous. I will come back!!

I like this place for customers service alone, the woman at the Drive thru forgot to turn her headset off, after taking my order I heard all the juicy Gossip going on at Popeyes ???when she realized I could hear her she apologized and we both had a laugh ?I was in and out in no time the food was hot and fresh!
