Pink Taco Chicago

I’ve been here before and the food and service were terrible. Firstly, they were out of guacamole and frozen drinks. Secondly the chicken tacos were cold and my shell wasn’t even filled properly with half of it empty. The waitress took forever in the day. All around a huge disappointment and for the price…not worth it. I rarely leave negative comments but the service and food here has deteriorated, I honestly would’ve went to another place.

We had a reservation at 7pm, and they seated me early. That was nice. The waiter told me that each reservation is for 90 minutes. So I made sure to explain that to the rest of my party, a party of 6 people. This worked out well for us because we had to leave by 8:30pm. We ordered our food at 7:30pm, the main food. (We already finished our appetizers by that point. We received our food at 8:40pm. 70 minute wait. This delayed us heavily because we had to leave at 8:30pm. While the staff apologized and explained to us that the restaurant was busy, they refused to remove the food from our bill. We wanted to pay for the drinks that we consumed. We didn 't want to pay for the food that never arrived. We had to leave by 8:30pm, so we didn 't want to stay and eat the food. We had our coats on, ready to leave. They did give us a discount, but the long wait for our food soured our experience. We had to quickly consume our food and run to our next commitment. (We couldn 't take the food to go because we weren 't going immediately home afterwards.

Great food and drinks. The servers were also very attentive.

Food was soo boring. Ordered carnitas tacos and they lacked meat, flavor, or any filling at all. Read reviews and sounded like the only issue was slow service due to being short on manpower. I understood and knew to be patient but at least will enjoy a good meal. So sad, completely the opposite. Timing with service was ok but food was soo boring

We feel robbed after eating here. Had 3 different waitresses. The first one went missing after bringing us drinks. We realized we were abandoned and try to ask for our waitress. Someone else came and took our order. About 3 min after she came back to the table and said she forgot what I ordered. Later we got a drink brought to the table that we didn't order. About the food: Got the fajitas. A sizzling plate of dried out chicken on top of oily peppers and three mini, oily tacos. I asked for a napkin and it never came. Dirty plates on our table were not cleared either. We asked the lady that brought the food if she can take some of it. She said someone else does that. Nobody ever did. WORSE SERVICE EVER!
