Panda Express - Chicago

The cooking quality at this restaurant is quite poor; the food is either overcooked or undercooked. How difficult can it be to heat food in a wok? I can usually handle a meal, but today was really disappointing. They need a better chef who understands food temperatures.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was bland and lacked flavor, and I had to wait 15 minutes for extra garnishes. In the end, I received just 6 cloves in my bowl. I'm really let down because this has always been one of my favorite spots.
