Pacific Standard Time - Chicago

The food was outstanding; each dish was packed with flavor, making it hard to share like an adult. The service was excellent as well, with attentive care throughout our meal. Our server was lively and engaging, adding to the overall experience.

We were really looking forward to trying Pacific Standard Time, and it certainly lived up to our expectations! Our server, Erin, was fantastic! The food was exquisite, and the 1979 bread was outstanding! This is a wonderful new addition to Chicago's dining scene!

This restaurant is absolutely excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere are all exceptional.

Excellent variety, great taste, farm to table food. Beet salad, mushroom pizza and flank steak were all delicious. Waitstaff very pleasant.

Our waiter Seth was amazing. He walked us through the menu and gave us amazing recommendations. He made the whole experience great. I just moved into the area so he made me a repeat customer. The new manager in the hat didn’t acknowledge me at all and walked around aggressively. Not smart since I’m a 640 N Wells resident. Seth actually stepped in and stole he Showa. Thanks Seth!!
