Mcdonald's - Chicago

This place treats their workers so terrible. they dint give them pause even after 8 hours and they don't let them use the restroom I have seen that the workers are screamed by the managers because they have done something they have told them to do and then walk to do something else.

Basic McDonalds. Food delivery was super slow 19 minutes between order placed and paid for and ready for me at counter. Whole new meaning to slow fast food!! LolPerson taking order may as well have been sleeping at the register. Four attempts to place order! Crazy for real!!!!

The food is fine, but the iced vanilla latte was not nearly as delicious as the McDonald's where I got it the week before. The servers are not especially friendly inside, although the ones at the window are! It is almost always very busy so there will be a wait in the Drive-Thru.

Before COVID this location was outstanding and quick. Never had an issue with wrong orders, missing items, missing condiments or badly/sloppy made sandwiches.greta location and best part it's 24/7. Until I went again July of 2022 around 2am or 3am and they're closed. They're working but they won't take orders. So people have moved out and the hours have changed so they're not 24/7.

One of the worst locations I worked at my coworkers never wear masks in the kitchen, don 't wash their hands before returning to work constantly on their phone 's, and they don 't even pull out the grill to properly clean the back because as the main manager Ivone stated We never close It is mandatory at all McDonald 's to clean the whole grill properly that includes the back. It 's no wonder they 're infested with cockroaches, and I wouldn 't be surprised if they fail their health inspection. Too much favoritism at this location because as I stated the manager never inacts any repercussions to her nephew who is always texting, and even face timing extremely unprofessional. No breaks on Saturday 's either which I 'm certain by law you need a break. Anyway I suggest the extra 5, or 10 minute drive to another location you 'll be waiting, for your food too long at this location if you decide to drive, for a late night meal. It 's a racist location where they treat the African American 's much better than the Hispanics. One of my coworkers said I don 't clean because I 'm a black man I wonder what would have happened if I said I don 't clean because I 'm Hispanic ? I 'm certain I would have gotten suspended, or even terminated. They break their own policies here, but expect only a select few to follow these policies. Unprofessional plain, and simple.
