Mcdonald's - Chicago

I recently visited the McDonald's on Mac Worstdonald Avenue to grab a quick meal. Initially, they were out of fries and another disappointing aspect was that even after spending over $70, they refused to let us use the restroom. They kept it closed and when we asked, they said it was only for employees, not customers. This was rude and disrespectful. I believe this behavior should be reported to the Illinois Department of Health.

Super stylish location and parking are free for at least 30 minutes. it seems like a great place to enjoy the standard menu mcdonald, from kiosk and delivered directly to their table! very spacious!

This restaurant has a racist atmosphere with mostly Hispanic workers who are very rude, including the manager. The fries are consistently cold and soggy, as they are overcooked before being served. The morning shift employees are also very disrespectful, especially one woman who is consistently rude. Today was my last day here. I would recommend going to the Adams and Wabash location instead, as it is less troublesome and the employees are more welcoming.

The staff member who packed my food was using her phone before handling my order, which is unsanitary. Additionally, another person, who I assume was a manager, carelessly tossed a used towel near where my food was being packaged. This lack of hygiene is concerning and disappointing.
