Maggiano's Chicago

Great location for a family celebration. We loved the ambience, service was excellent, food was plentiful and delicious. Valet was a welcome relief to having to find parking.

Love this restauant. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was top-notch.

There wasn’t enough wait staff working. The one waiter was doing his best to take orders and attend to guest the best he could but he had about tables. Therefore some of our food came out room temperature at best. The brunch menu had a good selection but it took a very long time for the food to be prepared.

One of the best Italian venues I believe CHICAGO has to offer. Real authentic cuisine, made the right way ;

Pretty disappointed. Have been to Maggiano’s many times in the past and always had very good food and service. Our service on Sunday was awful. Server was disengaged and very unhelpful. Our salads came out thirty seconds after our appetizers. When we sent them back they simply held them and sent soggy salads back to us. Our entrees clearly sat under heat lamps for an extended period and were less than satisfactory. No care for the quality of what was being served. As our meal went in our server disappeared for extended periods of time. We eventually had to send a search party after her for our check. Truly disappointed by what in the past has been a reliable and very good restaurant.
