The food was mediocre and not served hot. However, the waitress was very kind and displayed a high level of professionalism.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The nautical-themed decor adds a nice touch. From Monday to Thursday, they offer an all-you-can-eat Snow Crab deal with a side for $70.00. I opted for a combination meal that included twin lobster and a New York strip steak, along with two sides: new potatoes and French fries. I expected the lobster to be sweeter, but it was somewhat bland. They have RC cola on tap, but I chose a 7up. They also serve Matilda from Goose Island on draft, which is a nice option. Our waiter was excellent—very attentive and made sure I never had to ask for a refill on my soda. Just a heads-up, they add an 18% gratuity to your bill. For an appetizer, I had the popcorn shrimp, which was very tasty. The cocktail sauce had a bit of a kick, but it was still enjoyable. They also serve amazing garlic pita bread that I really loved!

Overall, it was a good experience primarily due to the outstanding staff. The crabs seemed to be previously frozen and were a bit difficult to extract from the shell, which can be frustrating, especially considering the prices. However, the clam chowder and small pieces of garlic bread were a delightful surprise. I would rate it an 8.5 out of 10.
