Kevin's Hamburger Heaven - Chicago

I ordered the sirloin with eggs and grits, but what I received was quite disappointing. The eggs were a mess and looked sweaty, the meat was undercooked, and the grits had no flavor.

This restaurant needs to improve their food handling practices. I noticed that the cook switched from preparing steak for tacos to assembling my bun, lettuce, and tomato without changing gloves. When I asked her to change her gloves, she seemed reluctant to do so. Honestly, I’m surprised this place is still in business.

As for accessibility, there is wheelchair access both inside and outside the restaurant.
