How is it possible to serve someone salads with no dressing? And without any meat?

I had a delicious and fresh vegan salad and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Been going here for quite a while now. Delicious salads for the most part but the past couple times I’ve went, ordered the crispy chicken poblano and the chicken was dry. Either is a day old or it’s because the chicken is now precut.

I enjoy their salads, but they tend to use too much dressing. This time, I requested a lighter option because I prefer my salad tossed, but I also wanted a little extra dressing on the side. To my surprise, they wanted to charge me an additional dollar for this already pricey salad. When I explained that I just wanted the difference between the light and a heavier pour on the side, the staff member responded rudely, saying that wasn't possible. She said she could either put a heavy amount on the salad or a light amount, and if I chose light, I would have to pay for any extra dressing. Their policy on charging for what is essentially just a bit more dressing led me to decide against purchasing their salad. I don’t think I will be returning for any more in the future.
