Jim's Original Hot Dog - Chicago

One of the best spots for a quick bite. A true Chicago original! They give fries with every item ordered. The hot peppers are not to be underestimated they are HOT. Some favorites of mine are the pork chop sandwich and the classic Chicago sausage!

Ubered over here, line wasn?t too long . We ordered a Polish Dog and it came with fries as well as a Pork Chop Sandwich. The Pork Chop Sandwich I didn?t really enjoy but the Polish Dog was really really good. The employee taking our order was very rudebut as the comments state, this establishment is not known for customer service!

Our first stop on our trip to Chicago! Great counter service place to get a great polish sausage and some fries for $6.25. The sausage had a satisfying snap to it, and it was delicious the onions and mustard with the soft bun were the perfectcompliment. My wife and I both tried the hot peppers that came with it and they were definitely hot! Neither one of us couldfinish one! Jim?s Original is a good deal on some very good food in what can be an expensive city.

I can see why people stand in line for this food! The best polish sausage ever!!! If you are in Chicago you absolutely must stop in. The food is hot, fresh, delicious! Large portions and a very reasonable pice. Also the staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent road side restaurant. Cooked right in front of you. Depending on the time, you might stand in line, but well worth the short wait. If you have the chance, highly recommend. The peppers ???? are flame!
