Jiao By Qing Xiang Yuan Dumplings

I discovered a delightful little restaurant while strolling through downtown. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was eager to help me navigate the menu. What I loved most about this place was the diverse selection of food and the unique interior design, which truly lifted my spirits! I tried the truffle dumplings along with a few other dishes—though I can't quite recall them all at the moment. The food was tasty, but I do wish the portions were a bit larger. I will definitely be back!

The dumplings were incredibly flavorful and filled to the brim with juice—I honestly can't figure out how they manage to pack that much flavor inside without them bursting! We ordered ours pan-fried, and they were fantastic. The atmosphere and history of the place were also delightful. I highly recommend it!

This place is a must go to!!! Such great dumplings and a wonderful environment! They have deals for lunch almost everyday and I adore their option to have two of each type of their basic dumpling menu for around $12-$15. This place will have me coming backfor more every time I come to Chicago! I only wish I found it earlier.

Very neat interior! It's incredibly beautiful and it's just fun to be inside of the building. The dumplings are really good and its nice to be able to mix what kinds you want. You order at the front and then you take a seat and wait for the dumplings to beready. I'd recommend going with friends so you can all get different dumplings and mix. There seems to be a bar but every timeI've gotten it's not been open, probably is for busier days. I really Enjoy! It's a cool spot in the city to check out

I ordered a side of mushrooms, but they were very chewy and lacked flavor, so I can’t recommend them. On a positive note, the soup inside the dumplings was tasty. I might stop by again in the future, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.
