Hugo's Frog Fish House - Chicago

Staff polite and knowledgeable about menu and the frog legs were divine

My daughter and I ate at Hugo’s on Rush, Sunday evening, September 15, 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal, and the entire staff could not have been more attentive or more nice. The presentation of the food was done well and the food lived up to its presentation. We split a shrimp cocktail appetizer, which consisted of 5 huge shrimp, which were firm and delicious.We each had a cut up salad wedge with blue cheese dressing, bacon and tomatoes which was also delicious. Then we shared a small order of crab legs with drawn butter and an order of their filet sliders with french fries. Every bite was delicious! We ended our meal with splitting an order of creme brûlée, which was cooked just right. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was probably 90% full and everything went smoothly and seamless! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The prime rib was excellent. Cooke to a beautiful medium, great flavor and hot. Wedge salad was very tasty and clam chowder, well I thought I was in Boston. Our gusts enjoyed their pork chops and the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach was delicious.

Our server and staff have were wonderful. The food was delicious.

All around an excellent restaurant with great food highly recommended
