Harold's chicken shack #26 - Chicago

We love this Harold's and they absolutely love Flippin Flavors. Our order is always perfect.

First they don't accept orders over the phone. I got home and realized the wings was small and my order was wrong. I paid $42 for 2 ten wing dinners for only 4 wings to be normal size. I ordered mild sauce they gave me hot mild sauce. It wasn't fried hard. One piece of bread. I will not be returning.

Yesterday I went in and ordered a 6 pcs wing mild sauce with Coleslaw slaw, lady put a little sauce no Coleslaw slaw and picking up the fries off the counter gross ?!!!! Be careful she didn’t know if I worked for the city first visit and last wings were hard and not freshly cooked ,I’ll try another spot.and put you hairnets on this is a food place I’m going to report you guys to the city Inspection downtown and maybe they can come out and see what I’m talking about the care for the next time how you greet and serve customers make sure your food is freshly cooked!!!!!

The service sucks. The chicken wing had feathers all over it. We order 24 wing, the best part was the fries, ketchup was runny poor quality. L don't know what all the hype is about.

Food is terrible. I just had some today. It don’t even look like it was all the way cooked. This used to be my favorite spot but now I’m gonna have to find someone else to go. I suggest you find another place cause this the third time they didn’t have my food right.
