Gordo's Tiny Taco - Chicago

This restaurant in the new East Side neighborhood is fantastic! During my visit from out of town, I was truly impressed by how fresh the food was and the quality of the drinks. I especially want to highlight Ulises, who provided exceptional service to me and my group—he was very attentive and professional. I will definitely be returning!

This delightful little taco bar in the neighborhood is amazing. The food is wonderful, and upon arriving, you're welcomed with both red and green salsa. They also feature excellent lunch specials that won't break the bank!

The service and atmosphere were nice. I gave it a rating of 3 stars because I enjoyed my meal, but my colleague had a different experience. I understand his concerns about his dish. We plan to give the restaurant another try and hope for a better experience on our next visit.

The food is enjoyable, but it doesn’t quite capture true authenticity. While they offer traditional dishes such as mole and cochinita pibil, the flavors lean towards an Americanized version. On the other hand, the chile relleno is outstanding. The location is fantastic, the ambiance is welcoming, and the service is impressive; the restaurant is well-staffed.

This restaurant is fantastic! I'm originally from San Francisco, and I usually avoid Mexican restaurants outside of California because I'm pretty particular about them. However, I ended up here out of necessity, and I'm so glad I did! The homemade tortillas were absolutely delicious, and the tacos were exceptional. Even the rice and beans were spot on. You definitely won't regret choosing to eat here!
