Contribuiți la feedbackLocation was good. Outside setting was lovely but the food wasn?t it for me. Being Mexican I?ve had my fair share of different recipes for rice and beans and this food was pretty bland. Steer away from the barbacoa. Otherwise the staff was friendly andthe decor was fun.
We did a side by side of three spots for tacos, and this one wins for me. Tripe, lengua and brain, with the tamarind drink as the accent mark ????????????. And they were gracious. We watched them help two ladies change tables so they were under theoverhang avoiding the rain. Give these people your money.
Enjoyed the tacos here, very delicious! They had good service and a variety of options on their menu to eat.
The staff is very kind and generous. The portion size is really big . Had chicken burrito dinner and they provided with complementary chips and salsa. Will be visiting soon for their Tacos.
I went there because I saw this restaurant on a 21 top list of the best Mexican restaurants in Chicago. We had one suadero and one al pastor tacos with cilantro and onion, both were on two super tiny tortillas warmed up in a lot of grease and they werejust ok, they lacked the authentic Mexican taste. We also order chilaquiles verdes, they were very blend and soggy. The lastthing was carne en su jugo, all it was a medium bowl of frijoles de la hoya boiled pot beans with peices of carne asada thatthey use for the tacos thrown in the bowl of beans and a few strips of regular bacon, a few chiles de arbol, silantro and onionon the side. This place was s huge disappointment for me. I wish I could introduce the people that wrote the article to somereal Mexican food restaurants in the Chicago land area. I also agree with some the reviews that I read and talked about the badservice. They do have terrible service, no parking lot and only one tiny neutral unisex gender bathroom for the whole entirerestaurant. No wheelchair accessible entrance for the handicap either.
