Dunkin' - Chicago

I barely do reviews of places I go to often but this has gotten so bad that I need to write a review on it. STOP BLENDING THE ICE FOR ICE MATCHA LATTE. I don?t understand what is it with these people or the fact that they don?t understand but when I wanticed matcha latte, I want it with matcha latte and ice that is NOT blended. Every time I order from here, they always BLENDS itto the point i?m drinking straight up slushy. Don?t bother coming here, go order at the dunkin by Kedzie. Their employees arebetter and ALWAYS get the right drink.

The worker with the Orange/redish hair has inspired me to go to sleep earlier so I don't need to go here to get coffee anymore. She's vocally short with you, doesn't wear a mask, and got the order wrong anyways after I said it twice. I'm cool not cominghere anymore.

They never have hazelnut coffee sweetener available, and the hot chocolate tasted watered down.

I visited the restaurant and unfortunately, they couldn't get my order correct. I requested a large hazelnut coffee and confirmed my order twice, yet they still made a mistake. It wasn't until I was halfway to work on the train that I realized the error.

I ordered a Sausage Egg Croissant sandwich that made me miss my train. A few hours later, I started feeling stomach discomfort, and it's been days now that I've been dealing with diarrhea and stomach pain. The food here really needs to be inspected because I believe I'm experiencing food poisoning from what I ate.
