Diva Thai Sushi - Chicago

Every time we order from this restaurant, the level of spiciness is almost unbearable. My husband typically enjoys spicy Thai food and orders a level 2 here, while I always stick to the mildest option at level 1. Yet, there have been several occasions when we simply can't finish our dishes because they're too spicy. It's disappointing because we've had some wonderful meals in the past, but most of the time our orders end up being excessively spiced. We really hope you can address this issue! The food is fantastic otherwise, and I'm not sure what else we can do besides consistently ordering the lowest spice level.

This restaurant is great for vegans and vegetarians! Everything was fantastic, and you definitely need to check it out. I tried the Halsted roll, but they also allow for customized orders. I plan to return very soon! Food rating: 5/5.

I've visited this restaurant twice: once for the all-you-can-eat sushi (which was delicious!) and another time for a regular menu meal. I ordered the Pad Se Ew, and it was fantastic. Food rating: 5/5.

I order from this place for a couple of years now, but it had been a while since last time I ordered. Today my partner and I did and I have to say that I was surprised about how small the portions have become. The food tastes great and we enjoyed it, but couldn’t help but feel resentful that we not only had to pay extra for beef for the Rama entree, but barely even got enough beef. My partner opened the food a few minutes before I got home and told me that half the takeout container was empty by the time he opened it. His orange chicken was a bit more generous, but we can’t help but feel cheated by what we got. Very disappointed and will be considering other Thai places next time we think about ordering Thai food.

My second time attempting to place an order for delivery and once again disappointed. Food is terrible it’s like they simply just don’t care when it comes to deliveries since they don’t have to look us face to face! Don’t tell your customers the food will be there in 30 when it takes an hour and a half not just once but twice. Simply disappointed. Never ordering or going in person again.
