Chili's Grill - Chicago

The food was good and the drinks were better! they are short-seated so they must be patient with them. we had the queso dip, triple dipper with huh, fried pickel honey chipotle huhn, baked seafood pasta, trio fajitas ( chicken, steak, garnelen) and cheeseburger. everything tasted good and our server/bartender frenchie was great!

My son grandson and I decided to have some late night food The service was Awesome!! The restaurant was crowded there was a guy at the bar who had one adult beverage to many the police came escorted him away the food was cold the waiter took it back brought back piping hot food! Much better ! Then I saw it the bugs crawling up the wall ?Check please and a to go box! Told the waiter and the manager ??‍ Yeah I’ll continue cooking at home……..

Well the cheese fries was cooked hard so more then likely cooked to long. Where I my food first and had to wait almost an hour for my friend food to come out. I totally understand they had only one oven working but to bring one dinner out then almost an hour later the person food. . Waiter and manager was great them for the kindness .

Very enjoyable evening spent at Chillis with my family. Excellent customer service, clean environment, fast service and great food. I personally want to thank Allison the manager, Erica the waitress and Derrick the server for making my mother bday celebration a wonderful experience!

The management team at this chilis are horrible. Honestly I don 't think that the guy name is Jake but he said that he is the manager. A fairly new employee Bianca took my party 's order and she did not understand the price points on the menu. My card was charged and I requested a refund that would not be processed for 48 hours. This Jake did not have any empathy and didn 't offer anything for the inconvenience. This was the employee Bianca 's error! I will never dine at this location again!!
