Chicago's Chicken Coop 87th Street

Horrible customer service/system. Called in an order and gave my phone number. I was told 15-20 minutes. My wife shows up 25 minutes later and was told MY ORDER would be an extra 20 minutes. After 20 minutes she goes back up to the counter and then theytell her there was no order... 45 minutes wasted, for nothing. How do you possibly screw that up, THAT badly? Never coming backto this place.

My first time going there to buy a small two-piece chicken dinner for my husband. While the place was clean. And the staff was friendly, my husband did not care for his chicken. He said it was not done on the inside and it was not that tasty.

We had a great experience here! The chicken and the shrimp were both delicious and affordable. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it's understandable because the place was popping! Seriously some of the best fried chicken that I've had in a while. We'll be going back for sure.

This was my go to place. I ordered my usual 1/4 white. Taste good but This time the breast was extremely small.

I ordered chicken Tuesday before I went to the beauty shop.I ate the chicken and you could taste the OLD grease. I GOT SO SICK THAT NIGHT............The man frying the chicken was Taking orders, frying the chicken .........ETC.CHANGE YOUR GREASE, often.
