Burger Theory Chicago

We had a 4pm reservation. We arrived at 3:50pm and the restaurant was still closed. This was understood since it reopens at 4pm daily. We waited until 4:05pm and they still hadn't opened. At 4:15pm we were told they would be opening late but no exact time waa given. We left.

A reservation was confirmed just for the restaurant to not even be open on Mother’s Day without any notification

I have been here one time before. The food is good and so are the drinks. I got the veggie burger and it was good. I will definitely get it again.

When I arrived for my reservation they told me the kitchen was closed, not the end of the world; but it was a bit annoying.

My 1st experience here was great. Had lunch with a friend. Sara took our order. She was very pleasant and patient while we decided on menu options. Phillipe' the Mgr, made me the best blue Martini. He also took the time to chat with my friend who was mourning the loss of her son. She was touch by his compassion.
