There's a new coffee shop in the neighborhood that’s definitely worth checking out. The menu features some unique options, including an agave lavender latte. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy your coffee or tea, whether you prefer sitting indoors or outdoors.

I've been hearing great things about this place for a while, and I finally got the chance to drop by for some coffee and a croissant. The atmosphere is very cozy, with a warm fire to sit by, perfect for warming up on a chilly day. There's also a play area to keep little ones occupied. Overall, it's definitely a spot worth visiting.

Colectivo is one of my favorite coffee shops in Chicago and Milwaukee. Of course they are originally from WI but they have the same cool vibe everywhere. There was a group of moms with young toddlers at this location and that was a shock to me. I guess we all need some good caffeine, especially sleepless moms perhaps!? :

Lovely spot. Iced chai latte with oat milk is where it's at! probably one of the best I've had outside the city. Super clean and friendly service too
