The portions were generous, and the waitress was attentive and friendly. The entrees were reasonably priced, but there were slot machines in the dining area. While we have had better food elsewhere, the meal was still enjoyable.

The service at this restaurant was subpar, especially considering they serve banquets. The bus runner handed me extra bread on a knife in front of my face instead of placing it in the basket, which was not appropriate with my child sitting next to me. The server was unable to answer our menu questions, and my husband received a smaller portion size than he ordered. The food was decent but the overall service was disappointing and not enough to make me want to return. They did try to make it right by taking $8 off our bill and giving us a $5 gift card, but this will be our first and last visit. I shared our experience with the management but received a lackluster response. Servers should be knowledgeable about the menu and use common sense, especially when serving customers with children. Despite the fun Halloween activities for my toddlers, the service experience overshadowed the visit.

I absolutely adore this hidden gem in the neighborhood. They serve fantastic steaks cooked just the way you like them, incredible prime rib, and I can't recommend enough their onion loaf (thinly sliced onion rings coated in seasoned flour, similar to haystack onion rings shaped like a loaf of bread) and the fried mushrooms! Don't forget to check out their daily lunch and dinner specials too.

Pot Roast Sandwich was good, I should have asked for a side of juice for it. Husband says hamburger was good. Coleslaw, homemade potato chips and Cream of Chicken Soup were excellent. The pickle garnish was an actual Kosher Pickle Crispy and tasty.

We came here for a lunch after a funeral service, the banquet room was nice, some of the staff was friendly some seemed a little bothered. Food was decent except for the beef. That was a little on the tough chewy side. But all the other food wasgood. It wasn't to bad of a place, we might have to come back and try it on our own next time.
