Arby's - Chicago Heights

The first young man who took my order in the Drive-Thru was rude very unprofessional and was a no help at all and even exemplify threatening behavior.

I was indecisive about the best deal to choose from the hot wings combinations they had to choose from, and the drive-thru cashier was very helpful and patient with me. She was excellent ?? ?? ??

There’s no doubt this is the absolute best Arby’s I’ve been to. Today I had a very large order that I ordered online and they got it and sure enough it was in the bag ready for me in 10 minutes. I unfortunately the way things are in the world today. I figured they would forget something because most places do and they absolutely did not when I looked in my bag , I thought yeah they forgot something and then I went and said hey, you forgot my stuff and sure enough it was in the bag. So that one is definitely on me. For being so jaded on quick service restaurants. I’ve actually been her a few times and every time the service is wonderful and the people are very very nice. This place is highly recommended.

Food is usually good but service is spotty and you don't always get what you ordered. More than once I have asked for crinkle cut fries and get curly fries instead. Check your order before you
