This was just the kind of cheese I have been looking for as it does everything I need, slices, grates and melts! It is a proper block, not the plastic slices that you can't do much with and taste terrible. These are some of the tastiest, realistic vegan cheeses I have ever tried and there are three flavours to choose from! Finally all the cheeses are made locally in Chiang Mai by a sweet all vegan family.

Swees Cheese is our favorite local brand that offers four delicious flavors: cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, and smoked mozzarella. You can find them at Rimping branches or pick them up from their Doi Saket office. The newest addition to their offerings is fortified nutritional yeast, also known as "nooch", available for purchase in 200g or 1 kg bags at very competitive prices.
