Taco Bell - Cheyenne

The tacos were light on toppings, with no tomatoes. The red sauce you see is spicy.

I have visited this restaurant several times and have always had a fantastic experience. There were no issues. If customers are fortunate enough to have Mary as their server, it can really make their day. She is so pleasant and makes the experience feel very personalized. Every dish I have had with her has been exceptional. Thank you, Mary, for all the positive energy you bring to others.

I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting for my order for 45 minutes. I have watched 6 groups of people who arrived after me, get their food before me. Employees are running around from the back to the front door. The lobby is now full of people and there is no sense of customer service. They call out orders as they are completed instead of names. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I will not be coming back here. There is a McDonald's across the street and customers are flocking there. I think I will go get a burger instead. This experience is unpleasant.

The young lady on cash register at 2:30pm May 19th was absolutely the sweetest person! Best customer service I've had in a long time. Thank you so much!
