Golden House Chinese - Cheyenne

According to the Facebook reviews, people either love or hate this restaurant. I definitely fall into the 'love it' category. Although I haven't dined at the Golden House for dinner, their lunch buffet offers a fantastic variety of dishes, all with distinct flavors. I especially enjoy the endless shrimp and the hot and sour soup. The rice they serve is unique and has a texture reminiscent of Japanese sticky rice. I highly recommend it, especially since the neon sign claims it's the 'Best in Wyoming.'

We have been visiting this restaurant since 2005. It’s the only Chinese restaurant in the area (Wyoming, Colorado, or Nebraska) that I truly enjoy. Having moved from the Chicago suburbs, this place is the only one that measures up to what I’m accustomed to. The food is incredible, and the staff is always friendly.

This hidden gem is a must-visit! If you're looking for excellent Chinese food, this is the spot. I ordered two dishes: the garlic shrimp scallops and Hunan beef, and both were incredibly flavorful and spicy! The prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely come back, possibly one more time before returning to California!
