Buffalo Wild Wings - Cheyenne

I loved my server but the host Nicole was so rude! Giving my table a hard time! She should not be in the serving industry! Her attitude was horrible. Someone should teach her how to speak to paying customers! Because we were about to walk out ! Thank god our server came and took over!

Went here for date night with my husband. We got sat in the mostly empty restaurant, like 6 tables max, and not long after our sever Megan got us our drinks and then about 10 minutes later we ordered. Husband tried ordering a 6 piece and wanted half garlic Parm, half bullet bourbon. She rolled her eyes and said she can 't split a 6 piece and they are out of the burbon sauce. He just went with the garlic Parm I ordered a wrap and asked for the hot bbq and she looked annoyed saying they didn 't have any of their limited time sauces that were on the menu, that they no longer served them. I just changed it to the bbq and after she left we both confirmed we saw her roll her eyes.Food came out fast though appetizer and meals came out together but we didn 't mind) and we started eating. Food tasted good and both meals were fresh. We had our empty cups on the side of the table signaling we wanted refills and I tried getting Megan 's attention a few times. She didn 't check on us at all. Finally we just finshed eating and wanted the bill. After 15 minutes of trying to get her attention I flagged down a blond man with a ponytail. We asked if he could grab our bill and he apologized and said he would get our server. It took about 5 minutes but we got our bill and my husband had his card out and instantly tried paying but she walked off. 10 minutes later she finally checked us out.I want to thank the 2 amazing guys on the floor who were apologetic and nice to me and my husband. I didn 't get the names but the blond man with the ponytail and the man with blond crew cut and a black shirt. The manager heard me out and I want to thank the rest of the team for being awesome.

I ordered a 6 piece wing with Spicy Garlic sauce.Of the 6 wings, 2 had some sauce (barely), and the other 4 had none.And all were overcooked (sauce or not).It's a shame that fast food wing places have much better food.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a B-Dubs. Server was extremely rude and rolled her eyes several times at me. Wings were horrible. Literally not a single employee in the restaurant looked happy to be there.

This is the worst BWW I’ve ever been too. Niko our server was horrible. Got our order all wrong. Never asked us if we needed refills. Made us wait forever for our bill. Then he kicked up the bill as well. This guy needs to find a new job, one he can do because service is not it.
