Arby's - Cheyenne

The service was extremely slow. We noticed that six orders were prepared, and not a single one was correct, ours included. They completely forgot our large fries. Be sure to double-check your order. On the positive side, the place was very clean and spacious, with easy access.

The staff at the drive-thru were incredibly patient with us as we made multiple changes to our orders. The food we received was fresh and hot. I highly recommend trying the Buffalo Chicken Slider if you haven't already; it's my favorite. The staff at the window were very thoughtful, providing drink holders, sauces, and napkins. Overall, it was a fantastic drive-thru experience! If you're coming from I-80, be aware that it's a bit farther than you'd expect from the exit, and the road signs that lead you back to the interstate will take you through a charming part of downtown with beautiful murals before rejoining the highway.

Excellent fast food spot! I had a very friendly young man who took my order tonight. I was in the drive-thru, and there was no rush whatsoever, which made the experience enjoyable as I placed my order!

Restaurant and bathroom were clean. The people working were courteous.. I had the turkey bacon ranch. The sandwich is big enough for 2.

I absolutely love Marty, the manager. He is a cornerstone of the community—always friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad sandwich here, and I've been coming since 2016! After I lost my mom and found myself homeless, I relied on Arby's sandwiches for a few months. They really looked after me then, and they continue to do so. Enjoy your visit!
