Applebee's Grill - Cheyenne

Thank you. I only know the gentleman who took my pickup order and the name on my quittung, but donny and brandon y’all are dream customer service staff and made this food pit stop from wa to ne one of the best food stops the entire trip. all the work evenings from 06/30/22 were beyond friendly and outrageous expectations! give them all an increase I was on the street ten days and have not seen customer service like these in years. many thanks that eating was fresh and has no complaining.

We ordered the chicken white tone tacos as an appetizer at this restaurant. However, they were brought to our table without any appetizer plates, napkins, or other essentials. The waitress disappeared, so the hostess had to be asked for napkins. When the food finally came out, the quesadilla burger was missing the pico de gallo. Additionally, both burgers were undercooked. The waitress only seemed to focus on our table and disappeared frequently, so we had to seek help from other staff members.

I guess that management told them to get out on drinks. top regal lit was mostly mixer and pepsi. it became over personal for the fastness of the service. I'm still an Applebee fan, despite a not so big experience.

Food way okay, a little lacking. For example the sause on the chicken strips wasn't coated, just poured on top. Not a big deal, but the whole meal reflected just okay Also, the bathrooms were dirty, like a haven't been deep cleaned in 6 months kind of dirty. I'm of the opinion that if the bathroom isn't clean then the whole place is probably on the same level.

I like the deals on food and love the mucho margaritas. But customer service can be improved. My visit during Veterans’ Day2021 wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was salt or maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server about it. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it’s noted. He took my drink but didn’t do anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Deals might come with a chipped glass and for sure the manager will take note on that.
