Up N Smoke Bbq - Cheverly

We just had my husband’s 40th birthday and decided to use Up’N Smoke BBQ food truck for our guests. Oh! My! Gosh! Absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving about the food. I must say, I was so pleased. They were easy to work with, had smiles on their faces the whole time, made amazing food and generally were just great to work with. I would highly recommend them for any event.

I had the Pulled Pork and sliced brisket. Both were a bit dry and had to use the BBQ sauce to soften them up. Baked beans were very good as was corn on cob. Make sure you get the Texas toast which was a nice addition. I will not make a return stop there are too many good BBQs in the area. Service was very good and friendly. I was there at about 2 PM in afternoon so no reason for food to have dried out from sitting too long.

The Mac and cheese is delicious! excellent customer service and decent prices! I will be going again soon!

I am a little more than a bbq enthusiast that has to say up in smoke bbq stands up to some of the most barbecue I have had, their Mac and cheese was on point a must-try!

Amazing food, great couple of guys, awesome custom traeger, and they love Veterans. Great local company, only BBQ place I'm eating at from now on. Thanks guys!
