Red's Grill And - Chetek

Went there for dinner last night with friends and thought it was excellent! This is not bar food and the menu is more interesting than other places in town. The food was done well and the service was great too. We all considered this a find andwill be returning.

Ordered the Cheddar Squirrel Nuggets, for as long as I have been going here these have been yellow cheddar, tonight they were white cheddar. Had we known this we would not have ordered them, we did not eat them and asked to have them taken off our billsince they were different than they normally are. They sent out the cook who was extremely rude and laughed about the complaint,before telling the waitress to void them off, the waitress then yelled back that she couldn't. After we ordered our drinks, 2waters and a **** mary, the waitress sat down at a table with another waitress, we waited 10 minutes for the waters and 20minutes for the **** mary. Both of our burgers were ordered medium but came out well down. The cook, our waitress, and thewaitress she sat down with were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Our waitress Megan was the best!!! She was very attentive and friendly. Even though it was busy, our drinks and food arrived quickly and the fish fry was hot and fresh. So good. Highly recommend.... Ask to sit in Megan's section ????

I'm not sure what happened here. This establishment literally went from a 4 star to a no star ???? this summer. I hope things get back on track. There is so much potential here. The last two times I've stopped in the bartender has been rude and notexcited to have business. We walked out without ordering anything because of the looks we received the last visit.

Location is great. Bar/restaurant/ outdoor seating great. Bathroom....fail and I hope they have a remodel coming soon. Loose floor tiles, funky smell, door doesnt close, unclean and the worst, is when the lights automatically go out while your in thestall. Who installed this? Take that out! Sitting in the dark isn't my idea of a great toilet experience. ???? Food was justOK this time for Burgers and fries. Usually it's fantastic, but we were also thankful you were working Labor Day. Service asalways was excellent!
