Pizza Hut - Chesterton

This is the most consistently horrible Pizza Hut I 've ever seen. They NEVER hit their delivery window, even by a close margin. They have orders out for delivery for 45 minutes or more when we live 2 miles away (this is after providing an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes or less). They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, they are rude. I cannot remember the last time I received my order in less than an hour from this store. They sometimes send orders through DoorDash (after we wait an hour and they don 't have a driver), and then the DoorDash driver doesn 't get the tip I provide for the delivery driver (and we get our pizza an hour or two later). Best bet is to go pick it up, delivery is a frustrating and completely unreliable experience time and again.

Call center Sucks may never order pizza hut again .

My husband, myself, and my son stopped in. When we walked in we were told they weren’t taking dine ins today.There’s nowhere that says they randomly don’t take dine ins. My son was super upset.

So how am I supposed to eat pasta with out a fork????

Always good and quick...they usually have some pretty good priced meal deals.
