Great, nondescript completely vegan brew pub! We talked to one of the owners who explained to us that all the food is prepared to order. They make their own breads, cheeses, black bean patties, etc from scratch. The chef (and co-owner) works hard to create unique, flavorful combinations with a rotating menu that changes every week. We had the caprese crostini and blackbean wrap which was full of wonderful flavor combinations. Although we didn't get to try everything, from the descriptions and from talking to the co-owner, I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with any choice. The beer was great too!
I'm so thrilled there's a fully vegan spot near the Indiana Dunes National Park! It's in a strange location near some self-storage units, but the Buffalo Cauliflower wrap and Quesadilla were both top notch. Affordable food, as well, and a great indulgence after hiking the dunes. The only downside is a narrow menu, but it's a small spot. Maybe they usually have a few more items on the menu in non-pandemic times.
We tried the Lemon soup and nachos. The soup was zesty with a kick of dill. The nachos had a tasty cheese sauce. Would recommend if you’re in the area!
Awesome beer and drink selections. Creative vegan food. Healthy nut foods. No deep frying. Even if you’re not vegan, you will enjoy. No animal flesh was on the menu but cheese was.
