The Crafty Dog - Chesterfield

My wife and I stopped in for a quick drink. The restaurant had a great selection of drinks and excellent service. The atmosphere was lively. We would definitely recommend it.

We went to this restaurant at 9 pm on Saturday, December 17th. They didn't have any bottled beers or rum. When we tried to order Chardonnay, the bartender asked if that was a white wine, but they didn't have any white wine. They only had one kind of draft lager available. The restaurant had a strong smell of rotten eggs. Additionally, the restroom was in terrible condition with vomit on the floor and no toilet paper. When we asked the bartender for toilet paper, he said they didn't have any and suggested using kitchen roll instead.

Had a welcome return visit to the Crafty Dog just for drinks. I have eaten here previously and there are still some interesting dishes on the Menu.. Consumed a couple of beers , whilst waiting for my Wife , who was in a nearby Hairdressers. Spanish Madri Beer on draught was very nice. Service was prompt , friendly and informative. Clean and comfortable ambiance. A Pleasant way to spend part of an afternoon. I will return.

Had such a lovely lunch! Called in without booking for a “ladies lunch” with my daughter to kick off her 21st bday weekend- brilliant food, brilliant service! THANK YOU!!!
