Vocelli Pizza - Chesterfield County

I've got to give this store a solid 4 stars because of how they made good on an error. I think the guy on the phone helping me fix the problems after I picked up was Evan, very helpful. The woman working when I picked up last night seemed a little unnecessarily terse and non-customer oriented (until she saw I had left a $5 tip on my prepaid online pickup order).Ordered 2 pizzas and a couple apps online for pickup. Got them home, and they were the wrong 2 pizzas. Called, and the customer on the other side of the mixup had also apparently just called them. Asked for a remake to be delivered, and he deferred to someone in the background if they could deliver the remake. Whoever the numbskull was in the background said no, so I reminded them I picked up the original order myself in the first place and left a tip sight unseen. That became a yes very quickly, thanks to who I think was Evan being the reasonable intermediary on the phone. In the meantime, I got a notice of another charge on my credit card, so I logged in to see they had refunded my original purchase and recharged for about $1 less. I called for an explanation, and they (I think Evan again) readily provided a concise explanation that it was a workaround to offset the delivery fee for setting the remake to delivery since I had originally picked up. Remade pizzas arrived in 30 minutes piping hot in the next size larger than I had ordered with a very friendly delivery driver. Good job on the resolution and we will order again.We had ordered years ago and enjoyed their pizzas. For some reason they had dropped off the radar but we will be ordering more often. Top notch of the franchise/chain pizza joints with regard to overall food quality.

Not only is the Mac and Cheese pizza 100% bangin, they delivered to my office super fast during rush hour and are the best place to do business with. Absolutely made not only my, but everyone’s day. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Delicious food every time we orered. Ordered this past time, they forgot a pizza.... guy who delivered looked in the bag, was extremly apologetic, and said he would return with the pizza. He not only returned with a pizza, but also with a $20 bill, refunding the pizza and his business card. Turns out the owner was the one delivering the pizzas this evening. He was amazing, and we were very appreciative for his prompt return! The pizza he brought was fresh too!!!

I thought that their incredible inconsistency problems were over, and maybe they are but since they can't count to two they have no problem charging for two toppings but they only provide one who would know?!? Do they take responsibility? Not really. I've had it. If you like a real gamble as to what you'll actually get, this is a great place to go. If you want to get what you askedk for, you probably want to stay away.

I have never had a bad meal here. I enjoy their pizza a lot and coming from Chicago that should mean something. They don’t skimp on toppings and the ingredients have a lot of flavor
