Sedona Taphouse - Chesterfield County

We had a party of 9 for ladies night and the food came out quick and the service was great. Most of the time when a 20% gratuity is added the servers tend to slack off but this was not the case. I do think the bar was a little slow to make drinks but definitely not our servers fault. They have a great Happy Hour here!

Parking for takeout is ridiculous. I get that this was built before takeout was such a big thing, but, they could be more efficient. The worst was forgetting drinks, so having to wait even longer. But, the $4 price on a kids cup is horrible Especially since you initially forgot it!

ZERO accountability with a hint of sarcasm from the MANAGER (Braylen) On 7/30/24 we were a party of 8 with a CONFIRMED reservation at 8:30pm celebrating a birthday. We arrived on time and waited at least 30mins before we were even greeted. Let me say that our waitress was EXCELLENT! Terry is her name and she understood the FULL assignment. Kudos to her. We received our food at 10:05 (yes after closing hours). We requested the manager and thats when it all went downhill. BRAYLEN had every excuse he could think of from they dont usually accommodate large parties this late to throwing his own staff under the bus. So disrespectful. He was very sarcastic and condescending towards all of us. Lastly he did comp the birthday girl 's meal and basically told the rest of the party to kick rocks no matter how we felt. Lastly he slid a card on the table and said if you wanted to try us again here is my card . Is that who and what you want to represent your establishment? Where is the listening to hear not just to respond method? Where was your empathy BRAYLEN? Where did your problem solving training skills go BRAYLEN? Needless to say the birthday dinner was RUINED! Shame on you BRAYLEN FROM THE WESTCHESTER COMMONS LOCATION!! He totally seems to be 100% TOXIC sadly.
