Pizza Hut - Chesterfield County

The Pizza Hut Establishment has a history of offering great tasting foods that satisfy a wide range of customers. I like how Pizza Hut keeps their menu packed with a nice range choices that includes New Items as well as the ole favorites!

Do NOT order from this location!!!!. Order was late, called twice to be put on hold both times for over 6 mins. Pizza finally arrived, over cooked on top and doughy in middle. Ordered a soda, when delivered she stated didn't have the soda I ordered so just bought something different excuse me, the store should call and advise and ask what else would like) . Called spoke with manager Trenton, nonchalant stated can't refund unless I bring it to store. What type of policy is that,I had it delivered but suppose to come to the store with pizza in hand. They need to close this location!!!!!

The delivery people steal your money, I paid $30 with a $100 bill and they kept my money as if it were a tip and I clearly told them that I needed my change, who would give a $70 tip?

Order delivery and this young boy hopes out his mamas car and holding only half my order. I take care of my parents and one gets to eat while the other sits and wounders why they are not able to eat like she been punished. I paid with card so I paid tip before the order was delivered and when I said how come 8 have to give u a tip before you even got here with only half my food. How do I get my money back. And when I asked the manager about the food he asked me to come pick it up cause he is busy and couldn't tell me when I would get my order. I don't drive so I guess I'm stuck at the mercy of pizza hut delivery and staff. So my mother will not eat till they decide they can delivery her food. I will go on all social platforms and express why nobody should order from the pizza hut in Meadowbrook shopping center off of Hopkins. It's sad when u can't even order food from our these days for your elderly parents when u work all day and could use the break from cooking when u can afford it. Wth is this world coming to

Multiple orders screwed up. They keep saying we called you several times , but my phone has received no calls. They change orders without telling or asking. Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.
