Mcdonald's - Chesterfield County

I had the steak,egg, and cheese bagel . It was delicious. I used the app and ordered curbside. The service was fast and my order was just aa I ordered.

I stopped in on my 30 minute lunch break, placed my order on the kiosk (because there wasn't anyone taking orders at the register). I proceeded to stand at the register so I could pay for my order. While standing at the register, an employee brought out someone else's order and went back to the kitchen/prep area NEVER came over to the register for me to pay. As time progressed, I saw the staff including a manager filling what appeared to be drive through orders. At this time, I called back to the kitchen area no response. I called again. This time, the manager said someone would be with me. I informed him that I just missed my lunch break. There was no acknowledgement nor apology. I walked out without receiving any service. An absolutely TERRIBLE experience.
