Stackhouse Pub Grill - Chesterfield

We have been longtime customers of Stackhouse dine in and tonight we tried carryout from the restaurant. My main complaint is the mandatory Carry out service fee AND a mandatory Carry out auto gratuity added to the order. As far as I am concerned this is just a cheap tactic to pad the final bill. I arrived to pick up my order and asked the bartender if my order was ready and he went in the back to check then came out empty handed and went right to the far side of the bar without saying anything to me about my order. I could only assume it was not ready although I arrived after my pick up time. I waited about 5 more minutes and finally a waitress brought out my food as was very nice and smiled when she handed the bag to me. She was the only bright spot from the carry out order. Sorry Stackhouse but your carryout service is lacking.

The bar b que plate is huge. So good, a little bit of everything, must get a side of baked beans with it.

The service wasn't the best. The waitress was new so we tried to be patient. We ended up taking our dinner home. We will go back

Stopped in for lunch, and the adult grilled cheese was recommended to me by my server. Excellent choice! Was just enough pulled pork in the sandwich to be satisfying but not overpowering. Will be back for sure!

Used to love this place, visited almost every Thursday with friends and family until today. God awful customer service, won’t be back.
