Smoothie King - Chesterfield

I made it in my smoothie! I would not even write this negative review if it was not for the failure of franchise management to contact me, and show that it was a real priority care after found in my smoothie shredded plastic. I had already swallowed some of it. on Saturday morning. I was told that the employee answered the phone that I would be contacted by the manager on Monday. no call Monday, no call Tuesday. I had to call her to address this (serviceday at 15 o'clock.) the manager said she had a note from her hired that this occurred, but "has not come to call me". obviously they take non-shrunk plastic bits in their smoothies very seriously. Make sure to keep her smoothie through a seven before they drink it. I expect my refund.

Do not disturb the online order. $36 order and they delivered only 1 smoothie. I called the load in chesterfield, mo off long rd to help. the person answered the phone said it was a third party company and I must call it. I have retrieved the website and see no contact number. she didn't say sad, how can I help, give her contact information, or any solutions.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order because both workers there were cellular devices, they had 4 people to go into the load and they stood there for 5 minutes and the workers did not even say anything to them. in addition, my order was not even made right. I'll never get to this place again.

My son went to the smoothie king yesterday after a work, then paid for his command, and they forgot his command. while he stood there, two workers sat and spoke and went in the back. When my son asked where his smoothie was, they acted as if they had forgotten it completely. to round it, the smoothie was not made right and came out without peanut butter and bananas. it was only chocolate (in his chocolate hulk smoothie.) definitely would not recommend this smoothie king. if the owner wishes to contact me, I am at 314-495-7524. Thank you.

Double charge for a smoothie? Then when it’s your time to call me back after mutiple attempts to reach out, I get the cold shoulders?Lol just bc you guys are in upscale area you think my 32oz should be 35+ dollars? Absolutely ridiculous.
