Contribuiți la feedbackHello, I have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help me because according to Google Maps Starbucks closes at 7:30 but there is no employee. I leave with the sadness of not drinking my Frappuccino. Appalling
This was my favorite Starbucks for several months but the past several times I’ve gone here there has been a big change and it’s not my least favorite Starbucks where I got the rudest service and worst tasting coffee I’ve ever tasted.
I work right near this location so I come here almost every day. I work in retail and I know how hard it is to work when you are so understaffed. Wanted to give a shout-out to Esmeralda, we had a very pleasant conversation the other day and she made my drink taste delicious too!
I HEARD U THE 1st TIME GIRL! Don 't Reach Over the Counter Please Look, I know my order bc I come here almost everyday day it 's spot it because it 's the same everyday! I 'm on my 30 minute break, so time is money, food rest. I 'm short staffed as well where I work, so I don 't need to stand at the counter, waiting for someone to finally be free to help me in the meantime have 1/2 of my break wasted away. My hearing is also 100%, so I don 't need I have someone repeat to me twice the same sentence to: Not Reach Over ! If she 's so concerned about customers reaching over, why don 't you place her FT at the counter to serve orders as well as mobile orders so nobody reaches over. It would be a great career move plus save a lot of other guests time picking up their orders to. Normally 5 Review not with greeting when I 'm on my break picking up
