Wawa - Chester Springs

Lisa, the manager, is outstanding. Wawa is truly fortunate to have her on their team.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Anyone who claims otherwise doesn't fully understand how hard they work. I strongly encourage everyone to be more polite; kindness goes a long way. Thank you, Wawa staff! You all are fantastic!

I've never encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior from an employee before! I felt really uncomfortable watching the interaction between the associate and a customer who politely asked for cream cheese. Instead of responding helpfully, the associate reacted rudely and began complaining to her coworkers about how bothersome customers are. After witnessing that, I was hesitant to ask for an adjustment to my sandwich because I didn't want to deal with any confrontation. I definitely won't be placing an order if Jody, or whatever her name was, is working there!

I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless and vibrant. I visited tonight and noticed a really nice gentleman working there—I'm pretty sure his name was Griffin. He was not only adorable but also really kind; I found myself almost wanting to give him my number, haha! I can't wait to come back!

This is my least favorite Wawa location. It feels like about 70% of the staff just doesn’t care. I avoid ordering food because it’s consistently prepared poorly. The iced coffee is often empty, and I find myself waiting too long for it to be refilled.
