Taco Bell - Chester

We visited this restaurant today and, unfortunately, they were understaffed and facing some challenges due to a lack of personnel. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and exceptionally accommodating. I would rate them five stars out of a thousand for their kindness; it's great to see such good people! Even though I’m not particularly a fan of Taco Bell, I would return solely because of the way we were treated. Bree, I believe her name is, stood out as an exceptional employee, along with her colleagues. Kudos to the team!

The food was delicious, expertly prepared, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, but they seemed to be significantly overworked due to a chronic shortage of personnel.

This restaurant is not trucker-friendly. I was unable to place my order at the drive-thru because my tractor trailer wouldn't fit, and there’s construction happening in the dining area. At least Chick-fil-A shows some consideration. I won’t be returning to this location, whether in my personal vehicle or my work truck. I was planning to spend $50, but I ended up going to a great taco truck down the road instead. Just a reminder, Taco Bell – truckers are the ones delivering your supplies.

Food was so bad could not eat it the, kids inside making it just don't care my taco had all of the sour cream on the side of the shell instead of in it , my mex pizza tasted and smelled so bad we have been coming to this bell for years as locals and know itnot the best bell but this time takes the cake ... will not be returning would give no stars but google will not let you starcount 10 save your money try any ware else but here 7 11 hot dog would be better

This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell on the Eastern Shore and Annapolis area! We have a family of seven so we usually drop $60-$100 on fast food out. Spending that kind of money and still being hungry after is a BIG no, no! This Taco Bell stuffstheir tacos, burritos, crunch wraps, power bowls, etc. The old school way of Taco Bell! I've been to so many Taco Bells thatbarely put any food on your order! This spot in Chester is different and the only Taco Bell we will go to. Ps, Do not go to theone in Denton! Rude people, rip off for the lack of food in your tacos, etc.
