Philly Steak Shack - Chester

We were looking forward to dining here today, but upon our arrival, we found the restaurant closed with drapes hanging in the windows. It would have been helpful if they had communicated about the closure, perhaps via their email newsletter. Additionally, Google still lists them as open, which is misleading.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, but that wasn't the main issue. I wanted to take my daughter out for a special outing, and it fell short of my expectations. I'm really disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were very rude, and although I was told my order would take 10 minutes, it ended up taking 45 minutes due to a shift change. The two milkshakes I ordered were watered down. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was met with disrespectful comments and dismissive behavior. I will never return to this place and would advise others to stay away as well! 12/15/2021

I ordered a baked beef with fries. that sandwich was okay. the cork meat was cut a little thicker than I like. the sandwich was a bit heavy on the sour wort. Finally, the brot was a bit of butter, not the crisp butter bread. overall, the sandwich was not bad. I just needed some repairs. the ambiente of the restaurant is quite cool, many tvs, racetrack view through the huge windows.

Ordered chicken bruschetta with a baked potato and broccoli but they ran out of butter. Imagine that ? My other half ordered salmon that came out raw in the middle. This place is terrible!! Even when comped it's horrific!
